This agreement regulates the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services provided by Anime Express or AniFlow (“site”) to its customers, considering the sale of ebooks as the main product, with the inclusion of online lessons as a bonus.

I. Confidentiality:
The site undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process.

II. Customer Service (SAC):
Customers have access to SAC to clarify doubts, resolve requests, or address complaints. SAC can be contacted via WhatsApp or Email.

III. Delivery Policy:
– The delivery period for Products is provided during the purchase process, considering business days.
– Deliveries are 100% online, available 24 hours a day.

III.I – Data Transmission:
All transmission of access data or additional information is done via email.

III.II – Reception Issues:
In case of reception issues, manual and online retransmission will be done if necessary.

III.III – Email Change:
After completing the order, it is possible to change the receiving email by contacting the available customer service channels.

III.IV – Delivery Time:
The delivery time considers the order flow and is provided during the purchase process.

III.V – No Physical Address Shipping:
We do not send any type of material to the customer’s physical address.

III.VI Right of Withdrawal:
Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

IV. Return Procedures:
– Returns must be requested through SAC or directly in the Control Panel.

IV.II – Refund for Credit Card Purchases:
For credit card purchases, the refund occurs in the following or subsequent billing cycle, as per the credit card company’s policies.

IV.III – Refund for Boleto Bancário or Debit Card Purchases:
For purchases made with bank slip or debit card, the refund is made through bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer’s checking account.

By accepting these terms, the Customer agrees to all the conditions established for the use and acquisition of products and services offered by Anime Express or AniFlow.
